JANUARY 2003

Elections for the Board of Directors of Georgia State University Federal Credit Union will take place beginning Monday, May 19, 2003 and ending at the close of business on Wednesday, May 21, 2003. Voting will be conducted in the credit union office at 34 Peachtree Street during normal hours of operation. Voting will be done by written ballot. The results of the election will be announced at the annual meeting.

The Nominations Committee is presenting the following names for your consideration:

Gerald D. Gay	Chair of the Department of Finance. Gay is presently a member of the Board of Directors. He formerly served as the Secretary of the Board.
Sandra T. Williams	Associate Director, Grants and Contracts. Williams is presently a member of the Board of Directors
Sidney Crow	Professor of Biology. Crow is presently a member of the Board of Directors.
Robert Davidson	Retiree. Davidson is presently a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Supervisory Committee.

Additional names may be added to the ballot by petition. Petitions should contain a brief statement of biographical data on the nominee, a signed statement from the nominee indicating that he/she is agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected, and the signatures of 35 members of Georgia State University Federal Credit Union. All nominees must be members of the credit union and in good credit standing. Petitions for nominations may be obtained at the credit union beginning January 15, 2003 and must be submitted to the Secretary, James Cochran, by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2003.

Annual Membership Meeting Georgia State University Federal Credit Union will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, May 22, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. in the lobby of the credit union at 34 Peachtree Street. Join us for reports from credit union officers and committees, the announcement of results from the Board elections, refreshments and door prizes.
